Thorne choreographed a full 30-minute dance HIIT workout set to the Mamma Mia! Thorne starts her workout with a slower-tempo warmup (set to “Fernando”), then cranks up the intensity with HIIT intervals set to “When I Kissed the Teacher,” “Waterloo,” “Angel Eyes,” “Super Trouper,” and, of course, “Mamma Mia.” But if you’re dying for some “Dancing Queen,” don’t worry — that’s the cooldown song!
