Trainer and fitness influencer Stefanie Williams shared a bodyweight workout on Instagram that will have you sweating immediately. With just four moves, you’re able to knock out both cardio and strength training. And the best part? You don’t need any equipment, so you can easily do this one anywhere.

“If you are getting your self stuck on the running machine and bored af, give this workout a go instead,” Stef Fit wrote in her caption.

Watch her video above, and complete 45 seconds of each move for a total of three to four sets (rest for 15 seconds in between).
